[Resolved] Snapdeal — duplicate product received, requesting refund | |||
Hi, Order no [protected], i have recieved product from a sp courier shyam world. On 31/03/2017. I have paid rs. 950/- on that order. Philips qt4006/15 pro skin advanced trimmer Order id: [protected] (1 item) Placed on 27 mar, 2017 This order got cancelled from snapdeal end. I don't know the reason for that. Inspite of that i got a delivery on (31/03/2017) around 12:00 pm from a 3p courier. Shipped by: shyam world. I gave rs. 950/- cod. But when i open the package, it was a basic nova trimmer. Very bad. I was not expecting this kind of a response from snapdeal in particular. Completely clueless with the way the product was delivered. I ordered philips trimmer, i got nova trimmer. I have attached all the images (Order history, package cover, invoice, product, box) for your reference. Kindly look into those details. I want the refund on this (Rs. 950/) and i will return the product to snapdeal. Take necessary action on this. I could not contact the seller as i ordered the product from snapdeal, snapdeal is completely responsible for this action. Its been one year and no progress from snapdeal. Today morning I just received a call and the man says that my number has won a safari car or an amount of 12, 40, 48 from Snapdeal .
And they ask me my account number, account holder name etc and an amount of 8500 for registration .
I want to know is this true or fake

Mere mobile par msg aya ki apka order aj deliverd ho jayega aur ek bande ka no bhi neeche the mene us no par call ki toh woh bolta hai apko office aakar order recieve karna padega.
