[Resolved] Snapdeal — Faulty hdd received but snapdeal not refunding for the same | |||
Hello all, Recently i have purchased a 2 tb hdd from snapdeal. The hdd performance is poor so i decided for refund. I initiated the process. After 2 days i got a text msg stating that i am eligible for refund. I called customer care immediately and asked the reason first they were telling its because of the wrongly sent bank details. Later there is no proper response from them and the support guys are telling your case has been closed and you will not get the refund. I dont know how they can close a case with out customer's approval. Please help me in this and try to get my money back. I cannot run a faulty hdd with me by wasting 6180 rs from my pocket.
