[Resolved] Snapdeal — faulty product delivered. not able to replace the product. | |||||
I placed an order for laptop on snapdeal on 22nd of september 2017. The product got delivered on 25th september. However, after thorough checking, it was found to be defective since the headphone jack was damaged and the speakers sound was cracking. Snapdeal told me to get the confirmation from the confirmation from the dell service centre and they acknowledged the same. I placed a replacement request on 27th september. I received an email saying the pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 days. I have been following for 7 days and still, they have been saying the same thing i. E. To wait. It has been 2 weeks since i ordered the product. At times they do not even care to speak to the customer properly. I need my product money back which they are not providing. I am already at a huge loss after purchasing from snapdeal. I need the product or my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
