[Resolved]  Snapdeal — I am complaining about non refund of my returned watch

I returned my rosra steel analog watch orderd on snapdeal under order id: [protected] and got a message from snapdeal that your pick up successful but after 8 days of picking up the said ordered product i m still waiting for the refund. Please let me know when will i get refund of the said product. I want my refund process immediately.

I was place order 2pcs and also make invoice 2 pcs but snapdeal send 1pcs of rosra black wrist watch by parcel.
So company cheat to me .I m advocate if company not send my watch and also say sorry then I will go legal authority
