Snapdeal — I didn't get my cashback. | |||||
I purchased 4 in 1 bentag sewing machine on[protected]Order id - [protected]) from snapdeal. The machine was not working properly due to which i send it back to snapdeal on[protected]. According to the terms and conditions of snapdeal they were liable to refund my cash back through free recharge account or my bank account. But they still not refunded my money. I also provide my account number for easy payment.In addition to this i also called them about 10 to 15 times. But they did not respond to my complaint for my refund of rs 1077/-. Therefore you are requested to take strict action against them. So that no other person should be cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
