Snapdeal — Item not received for Order#[protected].Customer Care completely ignorant | |||
Hi, I had placed and order that was shipped on 26th Nov.Since 30th NOv the shipment status is showing as "flight delayed" in courior website.Now I called up customer care they told it should be delivered within 4 working days from shipping date.It's more than 4 days and it's still undelivered.SnapDeal should not avoid responsibility just by shipping.Till the time I receive it they should follow up with courior and get it done.Because of this kind o[censored]seless service people tend to go for COD option!!!
