[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Kindle e reader

I ordered for a Kindle E reader from Snapdeal. I decided later to return the item. The item was returned via Bluedart courier and nobody came to pick it up. The item was received at the warehouse address and I have also uploaded the courier receipt.
The snapdeal track order says refund successful as of 5th January 2017. But the same is not reflected in my account.
I have also not been paid the courier charges.

Post this compliant.. I received an email next day saying I will get my refund in 7-9 days... again this is 10th day today and I havent seen a penny out of my money... SNAPDEAL... you have not only lost my loyalty... I will make sure none of my friends ever order from your website.
