I booked oppo mobile on 6th april in snapdeal.. It has been used mobile.. So there is an option for return or replacement i selected for return and i called to customer care regarding for refund they said i have refund option u came send it back.. I selected for refund but no body came to pick that.. Againg i called to snapdeal c. Care they are telling we won't give money back and no return or replacement also snapdeal snapchat has been cheated me.. It's worth of 15000/- please solve my problem and refund my money.. I have received an empty box but still waiting and waiting for refund. Useless.
They will always say that they are working on your query. they have nothing to do, They are just wasting our time. Do not expect from these bloody cheaters
