Snapdeal — Money got deducted... But order is not placed yet

I looged int o snapdeal app and I have ordered a Kurti of Rs.497/- . I paid through debit card and money got deducted from my account but if I check in Myorders section, there is no order place. Can you please look at this issue as the money which got deducted will not be refunded back . I am unable to contact customer care also. It would be helpful if you solve it asap.

Updated by SwethaY I haveinstalled snapdeal app and placed an order for Black Kurti on of Rs.497..I made payment through debit card and Money got deducted from my account. But if I see in my orders...there are no orders placed. I tried to contact snapdeal support also, but there is no response.Can you please help me as the money which got deducted is cannot be refunded now It would be very helpful if you solve it asap
