[Resolved] Snapdeal — multiple charges for the order | |||||
Dear sir/madam I have a complaint against snapdeal. On 21st september i've ordered a product, the payment was made through net banking service and it debited the money.in some minutes, they mailed me that the payment was not successful and they told me to retry the payment and if any amount debited will be refunded. I've made the second payment and it was successful. I was waiting for the refund amount of the first unsuccessful payment. 3 days went and i've reached the snapdeal customer service. They said they'll send the amount in 2-4 days. But the money hasn't settled. Then i made another attempt to snapdeal service. They advised me to send the statement of the transaction so that they can send the amount as fast as they can. I've sent them, the next day also they compelled me to send the bank statement. I've sent them multiple times but they are not refunding my valuable money. Their service made me feel inconvenience. So please do the needful. Oct 2, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Immediately after registering a complaint Snapdeal has contacted me and told me to send the account statement. After going throigh the statement they refunded the amount within 48 hrs. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
