[Resolved] Snapdeal — No return of damaged product | |||
Sir, I ordered a videocon refrigerator from www.snapdeal.com using cash on delivery option. I received the refrigerator on 19th of October, 2013 and i had paid the full amount of Rs 7399. The delivered product was damaged so i called them up. They asked me to pack as it is and they will arrange a service for return of the product. Snapdeal's return policy says that they will arrange a reverse pick up within 4 working days. Their customer service only tells that they have sent a mail regarding pick up and they will do it a day or two day time. They keep on delaying. Till date they haven't done anything about it. They sold out their damaged product to me and i have been duped. Kindly take immediate action against SNAPDEAL. Sincerely, Varun Vijay (Indian Citizen) Was this information helpful? | |||
