Snapdeal — Not pick up damaged items

This item has sp many damages. I raise return request for replacement on 19th nov 2021. But no one is coming for pick up
I contacted so many times to customer service. They are telling with in 2-3 days your item will pick up like that. But no use. Item is still.with me only.
