[Resolved] Snapdeal — not refunding my money | |||||
I placed an Order regarding Memory Card and prepaid via MasterCard but When I received the memory card and checked it into my Mobile, PC, Laptop and Camera but Memory Card is not working even not formatting and when I emailed to Snapdeal regarding this then Snapdeal's Representative named "Vikas" call me and refused to make refund to me and told me that Snapdeal never Refund/Replace any faulty Products. If you still harbour any hope of a fair deal from this company, forget it. This company is a complete fraud; they would neither replace or refund. I have experienced that myself and they work in such a manner that they cover their trail with impunity. The best way is to avoid this company and educate as many people as possible about the fraudulent practises of this company.

I have complained several times still no response to my email.. I hope i will get a reply and my problem will be resolved ...
i didn't like the quality so I placed a return request on 28 june 2020, the day I received it. At first the pickup was scheduled for 29 june, but it was cancelled and i received mail that i have to courier it, the return form i downloaded from the link provided which i am attaching in this mail too. i sent the courier on 1 st july 2020 by courier facility- DELHIVERY, with which snapdeal is in tie up.
The courier facility has informed that the address provided by the seller is incorrect and incomplete and they are unable to deliver it . I myself tried to trace the order of the seller but I am unable to find it. I uploaded the courier invoice on 1st july itself but again i received email that images are not received and then another email that image is under review. After this several times i received an email that the return request is closed because i was unable to upload the image. I tried contacting Snapdeal but no one responded. In all this process the 7 days replacement is about to be over tomorrow. the money i spent for the order and courier all is wasted. Why such irresponsibility by Snapdeal this time????
Will my problem be resolved or not??????
