[Resolved] Snapdeal — order not delivered | |||||
I placed an order on 7 september it was an international product so it was supposed to deliver on 12 november, but it never got delivered to me neither i received a call or SMS from delivery boy and on order status it says 'delivered' snapdeal customer service is very poor i tried contacting them several times but snapdeal is not responding at all to my problem. I even tried cancel the order but it cannot be canceled because it's a international product which is fine to me but snapdeal should have atleast deliver my order or contact me after reporting about my order.
