[Resolved] Snapdeal — ordered mobile phone not delivered and customer care is unreachable | |||
Dear Team, I write this mail with utmost dissatisfaction that the order id:[protected] has not been fulfilled by Snapdeal. I ordered for a Micromax Canvas XP 4g on 3rd November 2017. A parcel was delivered on 7th November 2017 with the invoice number S9791F/1004360 mentioning the enclosed item. As the parcel was tampered, I had raised a complaint on the same day. On 8th November 2017, a representative visited and opened the box. To our surprise there was no product inside the box. The representative gave a report on the same and said snap deal would contact us. There has not been any communication from Snapdeal in this regard. Our attempts to reach Snap deal customer care over phone has been invain. Further more the return order has been marked as Closed. This is the first time I have shopped through snapdeal and my experience has been really bad and there is no update on what action is being taken or what steps need to be taken from our end. Snap deal has left us in the dark with such poor service. I would like to consider this as a formal complaint and process the refund of this request at the earliest.
