[Resolved] Snapdeal — poor quality of automatic toothpaste dispenser and toothbrush holder | |||||
Dear snapdeal team, As i ordered many products along with automatic toothpaste dispenser and toothbrush holder dated 07 jan 2018. I received all items and found in same quality as they were shown in portal expect to automatic toothpaste dispenser and toothbrush holder. This product is very poor in quality that is why i returned it and requested for refund. In your portal for requesting the refund, there is no option of selecting "poor quality" that is why i selected defect in item option. Today i got your mail of returning the same product then i sent a mail in reply but i again received your mail for the same again and again. This is showing unprofessionalism of you guys. As i told to you guys in earlier mail, i will not receive that product however i can purchase other product of same price. I have also the option of go in consumer court and in social media.
