[Resolved] Snapdeal — product delivered | |||||
Hi, I had ordered a product on snapdeal on 8 june 2018. I got a sms that the product will be delivered early on 11 june 2018 that the product has arrived soon and will be delivered today. The courier person called me in the evening and asked for landmark his number is [protected], i gave him a detailed instruction he said he recognizes the apartment and he will deliver it the next day. Since then i only keep getting sms till today that the product is undelivered. My parents stay at home 24x7. I called customer care and raised complain, complain has been registered under logistic section, still i havent heard anything from their end yet. Everyday i keep getting sms that your product is undelivered. I havent heard from customer care nor from the logistics section of snapdeal. I have made a payment online of rs 605. I just need my product delivered and dont need any coupons or vouchers. I would never use snapdeal for ordering again this was my huge mistake. I would always prefer amazon.
