Snapdeal — product delivery

Few days before i had ordered a women watch. On 22nd oct 2018 i got message as delivered but i did not recieve the product till now. Today is 9 nov 2018. I had paid through debit card. I neither recieved the product nor snapdeal is giving my money. Im emailing everyday but my problem is not solved. I just get emails that they are investigating the issue. I want my money back
