Snapdeal — product delivery scamming | |||||
Respected sir/madam, I ordered 2 products from snapdeal (Product id - [protected]) on 13 june 2018, i paid rs 3795 but because of the technical default or error the pin code was mentioned wrong, when i tried to call them there is no one to help, they don\'t even reply to my emails. A few days back i got a call from one of there delivery boy that my pin code was mentioned wrong, i was shocked and told him that it may be a mistake because both the pin codes are within 8 km of distance (110076 - wrong, 110074 - right), after having a 5 minute conversation he promised me that he will deliver it with the correction on time but until now, no one is helping me out.
