[Resolved] Snapdeal — product return initiated and product is picked up, but refund is not initiated and ticket is closed, now refund and product is also returned. | |||||
Reference no: 46411987 This is in regards to the above ticket number. My ticket was closed without even confirming if the issue is resolved. This was regarding a return request which i raised on 17 mar 2018 The product was picked up and its been a week, i still do not have any updates about the refund of my amt. Product was picked up by e com express Order number under which the product was picked [protected] Airway bill number [protected] Agent who picked the product kiran Date of pick up 22 mar 2018, 11 am Received 2 calls from e com express One yesterday and one today. And both the agents from e com express has confirmed that the product has been picked up and received. You may please cross check the details with e com express and please initiate the refund process. Till date i have sent 8-10 mails regarding the issue, and none has a proper response. I have even sent images of the packet that i clicked before returning the product and even the image of the airway bill acknowledge sheet.
