I had ordered a FFastrack 6019SM02 Women's Watch of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] and received the same on 1st november.When i opened it, i saw the scratch marks on strap as well as on dial.the watch was already in use and color of it was fainted.Ater that i called SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER for more than 50 times and also emailed them.they were just assuring me that they have registered a complaint and will arrange a REVERSE PICK FOR THE SAME.But now it haa been almost a month now and there is respond from them.please look.into the matter Was this information helpful? | |||
