I have Ordered Online(Snapdeal.com) LG GL-318PNQ5(SG) Double Door 310Ltr Refrigerator Silk Gardenia(Silk Color)on dt:27.10.2013 (Order no [protected]) But I have received LG GL-318PNQ5(PG) Double Door 310Ltr Refrigerator(Pearl Gardenia)on dt:10.11.2013, I have complaint regarding wrong color received (Complaint number: 3879207.dt:10.11.2013) They have arranged Reverse Pick-up(via:Delivery Courier Waybill No: [protected]) for Replace/Refund the product but till date courier company not pick-up my product. I have repacked my product and ready for reverse pick-up shipping. Every day I called to call centre(+[protected] and emailed but I can't get positive replay. Was this information helpful? | |||
