I purchased IFB WASHING MACHINE from snapdeal but recieved a defective product. Machine was with in replacement warranty period so I request for replacement but machine hasn't being replaced yet. Snapdeal is giving mere verbal assurance but nothing has been done to replace the defective washing machine. Jan 28, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Machine has been replaced with new one. Snapdeal changed the courier partner due to which actually problem arose. Snapdeal took this complaint seriously. I think this kind of issue is very common with online shopping that courier partner generally refuses to pick the product n submits the report that customer is not willing to give back the product. But in my case snapdeal changed the courier service.
