[Resolved] Snapdeal — wrong product delivered | |||||
Sir I have ordered Aayu home gold 850ml copper water bottle From Snapdeal on 17 Jul 19.the product delivered on 23jul 19. Product delivered is different from which I ordered. I raised return request but every time Snapdeal sending messages that address not reachable. I want to ask from Snapdeal, how the product delivered on given address. I emailed so many times to [protected]@snapdeal.com. but they keep replying that your item will be picked up in next 2-3days. Further I want to tell that i couldn't raise request again because there is no option in my order section to raise return request again.
