[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — a missing product

I order 2 items at same time but the box was totally empty i am very upset now they cancel my refund just by saying that u can not pass our internal checks when ever i send a mail to snapdeal they always said same to me they delivery team said me that the payment was fone by they side but snapdeal says that the refund can not be completed... I paid arount rs3500 for this two product... Order id - [protected]
