[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — about refund on a returned item

As i was discontent with the quality of the hugo boss perfume i requested you to take back the product and refund the money. Though you have taken back the item i have not received the refund into my account. I am very much unsatisfied with your service. I would like you to do the necessary for refunding the amount.
