Purschased the product from snap deal and received it on 18th july 2017. The product was not as specified in its description online nor was it in its original packing. The product felt used and tacky.in other words it was fake. Snapdeal had the product collected. Then sent me an email saying it failed their quality check and also mentioned below in their email to me saying the product works fine. Then they wrote they are closing my request for return/refund and sending the charger back to me. Which in short means they don't want to refund the money after selling me a fake product. And have given me a 24 hour deadline to reply otherwise i default on their terms and they keep my money and i get their fake charger in return.
