Reference no.51604590 Snapdeal team, I ordered two items on your website. It's almost 10 days, but i didn't received my products. Out of two one product dispatch and delivery cancelled by you and another product didn't delivered yet. You are sending wrong dispatch, delivery messages to cover your faulty/lazy service. To be frank your selling and delivery services are poor. The provided helpline number is a nonsense, and no use. Now i regretted for ordering products on your website. I have to slap myself for choosing snapdeal. Amazon is best and flipkart is better. On amazon, i can contact customer care executive at anytime. Just a call request message is enough, amazon immediately makes return call and they resolve the issue very quick.
