[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — ceiling fan return accepted and after a week said it cannot be returned. | |||||
I ordered a ceiling fan online on www.snapdeal.com and the order id is [protected]. This fan was not as per my expectations. Hence i requested return and refund of money for the same. Refund request/ ticket id: 45706575. Return was approved and product was picked up after examining. When return was successful, i bought another fan from another vendor. After few days i got call from your snapdeal customer service mentioning that, fan cannot be returned. That time i explained that since this fan has been returned, i bought another one and i can not accommodate this one in my house. I would have adjusted it, if it would have not picked up for refund from snapdeal. Snapdeal executive did not listen to me and forcefully return the product. But, now i do not have space to accommodate it and want to return back to snapdeal. My question is why it was taken back by snapdeal if they cannot refund. After 2 weeks of return how they can say that they cannot refund amount? It took almost 3-4 weeks for all this process. Now i do not have any space to accommodate this fan, so requesting snapdeal to take it back and refund my amount. Please do it in priority basis Was this information helpful? | |||||
