[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — company is not accepting return of product | |||
Order id : [protected] Woodland round neck sweater I am again filing complaint against same product and same issue. I got a call from snapdeal. They told me that my return has been declined. I don't know why it is declined. I have simply described that product quality is very poor. It is not worth of 2876/-. It is not acceptable and i want to return it. Thats it. They are saying you have returned 13 order out of 23 orders. So what?? It is not mentioned anywhere in terms and condition that how many orders can be return by a customer. I have rights to return every order if there is any problem. Please take it return otherwise i will go for fir. I have received my product from snapdeal on 17th nov, 2017 but it is not as expected. It’s quality is very cheap so it is not acceptable. It is not looking fresh product as well. Its cost is 2876. It is not worth. I have created return for this on 18th nov and my return request registered. I have sent mail to snapdeal with all details of my complaint with photos of sweater on same day.
