[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — complaining about return of order id[protected] | |||
Ref order i'd [protected], used iphone 5s delivered on 16.4.18. As i could not start the phone requested for return as the manual was not enclosed. Received a reply that the manual was not included, hence return request not applicable. I have downloaded the manual and tried to restore the software but failed for several times. The phone is not working. Iwas told it's in very good condition and teses by expertise. My return request when tracked says under process from 16.04.2018.
