Sir we have received product from snapdeal is not genuine, Also battary is missing in package, we had complaint to snapdeal customer care to replace or refund but no good response from sanpdeal. After talking with costumer care executive he offer me 500 rs cash back for battery missing. If he is agree for cash back for battery missing, then how the product is in company paking or seller had open the box. Was this information helpful? | |||
