Snapdeal.com — ''courier picked up but payment not received" | |||
I ordered a reebok grey sports shoes from snapdeal. (Order no: [protected]) i was having some problem with the shoe so i requested for returning it. I talked in customer care of snapdeal. They took my request and said that the shoe will be taken over within 48 hours. Next day a person from jv express took the courier. He said within 48 hrs money will be deposited in my bank account. After 6-7 when money was not refunded i talked to customer care. When i talked to them about my refund they holded my call and after a while my call was cutted. This happened two times. After that i contacted local channel of snap deal in dhanbad. I got information that a person named sanjay took the shoes and he has completed all the formalities of refund. I was also informed that i will have to make a complaint to get refund. This type of behaviour of snapdeal is creating suspicion between customer and them.
