[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Courier receipt money not refunded

I have ordered a wybor smart TV on 14th April on snapdeal. I received it with damaged condition on 21st and the same was informed to snapdeal. They asked me to send it manually and they have given me a wrong address, so it return back to me after 12 days. Again they gave me another address (Haryana) to which the item to be sent. I have sent the item again manually. I have uploaded both courier receipts. They promised to pay both courier charges costs 4000 rs. It has been 25 days and I am calling them daily and they say I will receive the money in 24 hrs. This is the routine dialogue I am getting daily. It consumes my valuable time and I got mental torture by them. They are not even responding to my words and I only need follow-up for everything. I spent almost 600 rs for calling them by phone but, they least bother about this issue. Please help me in this regard. I need a right judgment for refunding my money as well as they torture me mentally like anything.

Dear Sir,
I have shared all the information with snapdeal and I have got no response from them. I got a mail on 27th May 2017 saying the amount 4000 rs is initiated and credited into my account within 4 business days. But I did not get any amount. Like this snapdeal people are lying for every thing. I got frustrated because of their ill promises. I need a right judgment for refunding my money as well as the torture I got mentally by them. Please help me in this regard.
