[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — damaged product received and not allowed to replace

I had ordered faces lip crayon brown spiced latte 22 from snapdeal. The received product is broken and when i placed the request to replace from snapdeal app, the customer care called me and refused saying that return or replacement is not allowed on this product.
Why is snapdeal selling such products and tricking customers by delivering damaged product that too which is not allowed to be replaced. The product is worth 679 rupees and is totally waste for me as its not in usable condition.
This should be rectified by snap deal if not by refund then atleast replacement by a non-damaged product.
