[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — defective water purifier received | |
Faulty product received - order id: [protected] I received a faulty water purifier from snapdeal. The installation person told me to return it. I had to give the installation person Rs.700 for installation and uninstallation. I returned the product. I contacted snapdeal for the refund of the installation and uninstallation amount. No one replying. The company is a fraud. I lost my money for the defective product. First of all it is the responsibility of the company to provide product in working condition. The customer executives are ridiculous. I hope this forum helps in recovering my money. I have contacted snapdeal multiple times but for no avail. They are cheaters.
