Dear sir, My order no.[protected] dated 22/03/2018 I have planned to gift davidoff perfume to my best friend on his birthday (Apr 6). I am sorry to state you that still have not received courier. De I made numerous call but no releif as there is no option to contact your representative. Need to compensate, otherwise i will knock consumer court s door. Not acceptable at all. See, how amazon/ paytm serving customer. Even one can't speak to your representative over the phone. What kind of approach snapdeal having towards customer s satisfication. Would like to hear from you at earliest. This time i am not going to compromise. Compensate, otherwise will post on social media, how snapdeal team ignoring customers. Thanks Regards Mukesh maloo.
