[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — delivered a tv with damaged screen

I ordered a tv from snapdeal on jan 28, 2018 with order id: [protected]. They delivered a damaged tv with broken screen on feb 2, 2018. The same day, i raised a request for replacement.

They still havent called back or taken the tv or returned my money. I have written to them multiple times, tried calling them, tried raising different requests.

Is someone at snapdeal actually bothered at all?
