[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — delivered damaged product | |||||
I have ordered datawind calling tablet from snapdeal. The item is damaged when i open the item at my home. Battery backup is very very very bad. So i can get the item return. The item delivery date is 10/01/2017. So the return product is at my home. When i open snapdeal app and go to my orders the return orders shows return request registered and after 5 days the order shows same. I was going to jammu on 20 january 2018. I want to say that if snapdeal did not pickup the damaged product in next 48 hours i could cross my limits and take action about snapdeal. Finally i want to say that you should quickly pickup my item and initiate my refund. Thanku Was this information helpful? | |||||
