[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — delivered duplicate product, return not accepting

Hi team,

I order a casio edific watch from snapdeal and they delivered a cheap looking duplicate product to me. I requested for return, they have taken the watch and later i received a mail stating that "its different from what we have delivered due to which, we are unable to process your refund/replacement".

Snapdeal is really cheating their customer like this. Strict action should be taken on snapdeal for this. Its hard earned money for everyone and they should respect that.

I have bought an original vivo headset cost rupees 600.. In a month one side of earphone is not working.. Earlier I was using vivo headset without any its working fine. I don't know whether it is original or not. Request you to replace the earphone at the earliest.

You guys are cheating with customer. It's been more than an 10 days n still I haven't received my product. It was supposed to be delivered by Today but I didn't received any call Or msg what the hell you guys are doing. Such a terrible service you have. On top of that your customer service number doesn't allow us to talk with your executives.
