[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — delivered other product refuse to return | |||
Sir My order i'd is slp[protected]. I have booked fastrack 3039pp02 model watch. Yesterday i though i received my order but i got a completely different product... Just with in 2 minutes of receiving my order i booked a return. Today delivery boy asked me to return the "the same item as per the picture" Now how can i give him that item which i don't receive. I am uploading some pictures of the item i had received. U can easily understand from picture that seller sent me a wrong item. Sir Yesterday i have read similar bcomplaints on internet. You buddy should understand that the seller is not only playing with us but also playing with snapdeal's reputation also. I will hope that u will urgently take up the issue and resolve it.
