[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — delivered other product refuse to return

My order i'd is slp[protected]. I have booked fastrack 3039pp02 model watch. Yesterday i though i received my order but i got a completely different product... Just with in 2 minutes of receiving my order i booked a return. Today delivery boy asked me to return the "the same item as per the picture"

Now how can i give him that item which i don't receive.

I am uploading some pictures of the item i had received. U can easily understand from picture that seller sent me a wrong item.

Yesterday i have read similar bcomplaints on internet. You buddy should understand that the seller is not only playing with us but also playing with snapdeal's reputation also.

I will hope that u will urgently take up the issue and resolve it. Otherwise i will take u to 'district consumer forum'

Updated by Senavik Today the querier boy came and refuse to pick up the item.
The reason he sighted is mismatch between the picture they have and item I giving to him.

Now AS I have requested for pick up due to wrong item delivered to me BY SNAPDEAL .SO IN THIS SITUATION FROM WHERE I CAN GIVE YOU THE ITEM THAT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED?????

PLS team Snapdeal take the matter seriously and take serious step without harassing us...

Don't compel me to take legal action bcoz it will be detrimental for your company's reputation...
