[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Did not get refund of 7200 although complained for 10 times

My order is is -[protected] and suborder id: [protected] - wd my passport ultra 2 tb usb 3.0 secure portable external hard drive - berry.

This is the order was cancelled from my end and i did not accept this item while the delivery.
Item [protected] dispatched by sp-bdi awb no. Aj[protected]in.
This is came through the above mentioned awb no. And it was refused by me while delivery.
I called lots of time but they are saying we apologize for inconvenience caused. And already taken 15-20 days but did not get any solution from their end.
If we track this awb no through indian post it's delivered to the seller address.

So it's easy to find that where it's delivered.. But when whever i called to them they will tell we raised the request or asked we are working on it or within 24 hours it will be resolved.

I am following them from 2nd of march and started the complain with that date and asked me to wait for 6 days. But then did not happen anything.
Everyday i called will tell me within 24 hours it will be resolved..

Please help me on this regard.
