[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — did not received my amount back after I return the defective product | |
I have received defective watch from snapdeal on 3rd september 2019 and requested for replacement on the same day. On 5th september courier person came and taken the product but it was not updated from snapdeal nor i did not get any message. I have contacted customercare for my product or requested to return my money back but every time they telling that they need 48 hours to resolve the issue. Its been more than a month now, but now also they are telling they need 48 hours to resolve the issue. Please be cautious while shopping in snapdeal.
