[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — different product received

The product that i had ordered for was a givenchy perfume but to my surprise i received a hugo boss perfume. The invoice is that of givenchy perfume but when i opened i was shocked to see a cheap hugo boss perfume which i can easily buy in the market for cheaper rates. Deeply miffed at this. It seems everyone working in snapdeal is blind or just plain lazy. Or may it is their way of shoplifting the public’s hard earned money. Moreover there is no way of contacting them. Hi, I have ordered HUDA pink edition liquid matte, it's a pack of 4 but dey hv sent only 3liquid lipstick. After that I have requested for return but no response. Please do needful about this.
