Hi, I have purchased product from snap deal from the starting date i am facing problem that date and time not saving when switched off and on the tv. I have tried to contact digi smart customer care number:[protected] but no response from them always. So that i have raised complaint with snap deal and they are simply saying that you have to take this issue with vendor. I need the solution for the issue.
