[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — disgusted | |||||
Hello, my name is sachin, i had made an order on 13th may, order id: [protected], however it was supposed to be delivered on 22nd may, as i received the sms - out for delivery, and it says delivery reattempt rescheduled since then, but no any attempt was made nobody called up, this is quite negligent and annoying. I made three complaints since 22nd may, i was been called on 24th they said it will be delivered on 26th, i made a complaint again on 27th they called and said it be delivered on 30th, its been 10 days i'm being given assurances, what kind of drama is this going on, and also disappointed with xpressbees delivery service. Totally annoyed and frustrated with snapdeal, this was the end for my shopping on snapdeal. I want the refund for the order made, i did cancel it, and hence close this snapdeal chapter for me forever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
