Order no[protected] Dear consumer 11th december2017 return a brown leather jacket but don't pickup my return product. Snapdeal account status - return request registered. Maximum of one month. I doing contact and email but do not responce. I send pic of product in snapdeal help site but don't response... Please solve my problem. Don't help me snapdeal help centre. Don't received phone. Please registered my complain against snapdeal and regards to u. And arrange of refund my money. Today i opened my snapdeal account but status show same.. Please solve my problem. Nearly 40 days gone ...there is no replacement and refund ...I contacted the courier person he say he send product to Snapdeal...but Snapdeal didn't initiate the replacement or refund...how long I wait?poor customer care at Snapdeal
