[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — dr morepen bp machine | |||||
Snapdeal is big fraud company, they are just cheating by sending faulty pieces to customers. I ordered 2 morepen bp machines, which is giving faulty readings instead of 120/80 it is showing 175/115. So we have to go 2 to 3 places to verify the correctness of machine. So it took long time 10 days as surgeon shop told us it is faulty piece. We contacted snapdeal where their executive is telling us that we had crossed easy return policy of 7 days & she cant refund or return back the item, instead you contact repairing centre of dr morepen company. That means she is easily agreeing that they had send us faulty piece to keep us in position to repair the item from company only. This shows that snapdeal is doing online marketing to sell faulty pieces to customers and they are not bothered about it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
