I ordered nike air max shoes from snapdeal but within 2 months their started breaking so i contact with the nike care. They told that these shoes are not orignal so they can't do anything. So i fild a complain in snapdeal but they did not give any response. Query reference no. Is 44173588 and 44125277 and 44121758. Oct 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved i had bought nike air max running shoes INVOICE NUMBER :SECBCF/1000462 and ORDER NO.: 19517321074 which got torn in less than 3 months. when i contacted nike care, & they are saying that the product is not original. So i tried to contact to snapdeal on their help center three times but they did not given me any response. query reference no. is 44173588 and 44125277 and 44121758. Snapdeal is asking only written statement by nike care but they refused to give any denial document because they said they have no power to give any written statement. So please take action and help me in solving my problem Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
