[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — duplicate product sennheiser cx 180 street ii ear wired earphones without mic | |||||
I have ordered a sennheiser headphone from sanpdeal with order id: [protected] on 6-march-2018. It was delivered in time but when i checked, i found it duplicate and placed an replacement request. It was replaced by sanpdeal without any issue but what i got in replacement (Order id: [protected]) was also the same. It was still delivered duplicate. I raised an return/replacement request on the same day again but they have not processed the request and sent a mail that product delivered was good. First the delivery guy gave the product to tenants and we received the product 2 days after it was actually delivered. Now snapdeal is not processing my return replacement request after multiple mails which i have sent at [protected]@snapdeal.com. They just sent me an auto generated mail that 'your item was delivered in good condition and hence, cannot be returned and replaced'. What are the possible steps that i can take to get the product returned or replaced with original ones. Please let me know if more information is required Was this information helpful? | |||||

I've purchased kookabura bat which cost around 700 rs
And after that I've purchased some magnum bat
And it costs around 1500 RS
They both are fake
And kookaburra has broken after one match of play why u send fake products that's why lot of people doesn't like Snapdeal waste
